Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable free shipping offer will be clearly displayed on the Website.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to become active after shipment.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other local charges may apply depending on your country's regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.

FanBreez is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures.


Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • High shipping volumes

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package cannot be delivered, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

FanBreez is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first contact the shipping carrier.

If you are unable to resolve the issue, contact us at hello@fanbreez.com and we will do our best to assist.

We reserve the right to investigate claims regarding lost packages before issuing any replacement or refund.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the claim and provide an appropriate solution.


Multiple Shipments

In some cases, products from the same order may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers.

If this occurs, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages delivered on different dates.
